GhostMag will always be transparent about how it plans to use a user’s data. User data will be stored securely on the GhostMag server for a reasonable duration in order to smoothly serve content. Data submitted through contact forms will be deleted within 30 days of submission and postal addresses will be deleted once orders have been fulfilled.

User data will not be sold, traded, rented or otherwise passed on to any third-parties, unless the user has given explicit prior consent. However, GhostMag may disclose personal information to a third-party in order to process orders, or to arrange the prize fulfilment for competition winners.

GhostMag reserves the right to transfer personal information it has about a user in the event it sells or transfers its website. Following such a sale or transfer, the user may contact the organisation behind the purchase with any inquiries concerning the processing of that information.
