One of the most frequently encountered spirits is that of a young girl, believed to be around eight years old, who is often seen wandering the corridors and staircases. Another prominent ghostly figure is that of a former innkeeper, thought to have lived in the 18th century. He has been spotted in the bar area, sometimes appearing to rearrange glasses or bottles.
