One of the most frequently reported apparitions is that of a young woman in Victorian-era clothing, often seen wandering the upper floors and staircases. Staff and patrons have described feeling her presence and hearing unexplained footsteps when the area is empty. Some witnesses claim to have seen her reflection in mirrors or caught glimpses of her figure out of the corner of their eye.
