Exeter Old Courts, located in Exeter, Devon, England, has a history dating back to the 11th century. The site originally housed the Norman Rougemont Castle, built by William the Conqueror. Over time, the castle fell into disrepair, and in the 18th century, the remaining structures were repurposed as a courthouse and prison.

The Old Courts complex includes the former Crown Court, County Court, and police station. Many executions took place on the grounds, with the last public hanging occurring in 1867. The building served as a courthouse until 2004 when operations moved to a modern facility.
