The house’s most famous occupant was Jenny, a young girl who lived there in the early 20th century and allegedly died after falling down the stairs.

Subsequent residents reported strange occurrences, including unexplained noises, objects moving on their own, and apparitions. One family claimed to have seen a ghostly figure of a young girl in Victorian clothing standing at the top of the stairs.
